Qualifications

• Enrolled in a U.S.-based university pursuing a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Thermal Sciences, or related field.
• Strong fundamentals in heat transfer, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and thermal-fluid systems.

Responsibilities

• Characterize cooling solutions (cold plates, manifolds, heat exchangers, coolant loops) thermally and hydraulically.
• Evaluate air- and liquid-cooled platforms through thermal, airflow, coolant-flow, and pressure-drop analyses.
• Support laboratory testing, instrumentation setup, sensor deployment, data acquisition, and thermal validation.
• Develop scripts/tools to automate test execution, data processing, engineering analysis, and reporting.
• Conduct thermal modeling, simulate scenarios, and compare measured data with design expectations to identify trends.
