Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a U.S.-based university pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Thermal Sciences, or related engineering.
• Knowledge of heat transfer, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and thermal-fluid systems.
• Experience with CAD/CFD tools and laboratory testing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Characterize cooling solutions including cold plates, manifolds, heat exchangers, and coolant loops.
• Evaluate air-cooled and liquid-cooled platforms through thermal and pressure analyses.
• Support laboratory testing, instrumentation setup, and data acquisition.
• Develop scripts/tools to automate test execution and data processing.
• Model thermal behavior and compare with design expectations.
• Document findings and communicate results via reports and presentations.
