Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a U.S.-based university pursuing a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Thermal Sciences, or a related field.
• Knowledge of heat transfer, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and thermal-fluid systems.
• Experience with CAD tools such as SolidWorks or Creo and CFD/thermal simulation tools.

Responsibilities

• Characterize cooling solutions thermally and hydraulically across components.
• Evaluate air- and liquid-cooled platforms through thermal and flow analyses.
• Assist with lab testing, instrumentation setup, data acquisition, and validation.
• Develop scripts/tools to automate test execution and data processing.
• Model thermal behavior and compare results with design expectations to identify trends.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve thermal, flow, and power issues.
