Qualifications

• ITAR compliance required; US citizen or permanent resident.
• High school diploma or equivalent with technical certification or two-year technical degree.
• Experience in production and thermal spray processes preferred.
• Ability to perform mechanical measurements and maintain accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Care for customer inventory and perform duties safely to prevent loss or damage.
• Verify masking, cleaning, blasting, and coating per job folder specifications.
• Record and sign off on data defined in the job folder.
• Report coating problems or damaged parts to the Thermal Spray Lead.
• Follow in-process inspection procedures to meet requirements.
• Ensure on-time delivery and maintain high quality output.
