Job summary

Actalent in Torrance, CA seeks a sales engineer to manage and grow our customer base by collaborating with customer engineers to deliver the best cooling and thermal solutions. You will present technically compelling demonstrations to guide the sales process.

You will utilize your engineering background to understand product specs, support customers by phone, and travel up to 50% as needed. This is a permanent, onsite role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• BSEE or BSME degree required.
• Understanding of cooling or thermal product applications.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficient with IBM PC software and common office tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing customer base with engineers to meet expectations.
• Aggressively develop new customers, applications and market segments.
• Present and demonstrate products to customers to close sales.
