Job summary

Alignment Engine Inc. in Chillicothe, Ohio, seeks an experienced engineer to own the thermal and mechanical design of DPU modules, including cold-plate and liquid-cooling integration with campus infrastructure.

You will design module mechanical and thermal solutions, run CFD and bench thermal tests, and collaborate with facility teams to integrate cooling interfaces. BSME required, 4+ years in electronics thermal design, on-site role.

Alignment Engine Inc. (“Alignment”) operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps.

The role.

Own thermal and mechanical design of DPU modules, including cold-plate and liquid-cooling integration with the campus infrastructure.

What you’ll bring:

Pay range:

$115,000 – $145,000 per year
