Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Project Manager for its Energy & Resources line to lead multi‑discipline project teams in thermal generation projects across North America. The role combines seller‑doer duties, client engagement, and execution excellence to deliver projects on time and within budget.

You will guide energy projects from owner’s engineer or detailed design stages, ensure risk management, and mentor junior staff while advancing the company’s energy transition initiatives.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management expertise to Energy projects and programs.
• Coordinate with leadership, discipline leads, and teams to ensure alignment and successful execution.
• Lead or support business development and proposals; mentor staff.
