Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems or related degree.
• 6+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience managing engineers or multi-disciplinary teams.
• HV/MV electrical infrastructure knowledge and construction experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of engineers for electrical design, procurement support, and construction/commissioning oversight.
• Oversee detailed design packages and ensure schedule, quality, and cost objectives are met.
• Coordinate with suppliers, EPC partners, and operations to ensure smooth project execution.
