Qualifications

• Master's degree in Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related field with 7+ years of related work experience.
• PhD in Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related field with 6+ years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead thermal architecture solutions through simulation and test with stakeholders.
• Perform thermal simulations utilizing CFD tools from silicon to data center environments during product development.
• Drive direction and strategy, conduct thermal design reviews and presentations with technical leads.
• Conduct thermal tests to validate models and present results to stakeholders.
• Analyze and document simulation and test results.
