Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Engineering required.
• 10+ years post-silicon experience in power and performance analysis of complex SoCs.
• Experience interacting with senior leadership at Sr. Director/VP level.
• Strong Python and C/C++ programming/scripting skills.
• Knowledge of ARMv8/v9, memory hierarchy, and interconnects.

Responsibilities

• Enable, profile and analyze complex concurrent system use-cases in emulation and software environments.
• Define performance and power analysis plans for CPU, GPU, AI/ML workloads.
• Identify optimization opportunities in SoC software and hardware.
• Triage complex performance issues and present findings to stakeholders.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate across product management, hardware, and software teams.
• Prepare concise reports for product teams and executives.
• Develop automation to improve team efficiency.
