Job summary

Rigaku Americas Holding, Inc. is seeking a motivated Technical Sales Manager to launch and grow our Thermal Analysis business across the Americas, including the United States, Canada, and Latin America. You will develop commercial strategy, establish distributor networks, and build strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities include leading sales opportunities, collaborating with Applications, Marketing, and Service, and growing a high-performance regional team as the business expands.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of successful technical sales experience within analytical instrumentation or laboratory equipment.
• Minimum 5 years selling Thermal Analysis instrumentation or closely related analytical technologies.
• Experience working with distributors or channel partners.
• Strong consultative selling and capital equipment sales cycle experience.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to launch Rigaku's Thermal Analysis products throughout the Americas.
• Identify new market opportunities and establish sales strategies for profitable growth.
• Build relationships with strategic customers, key opinion leaders, and industry influencers.
• Recruit, onboard, and support qualified distribution partners across the US, Canada, and Latin America.
• Lead technical sales opportunities from prospecting through quotation, negotiation, and order closure.
• Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, seminars, and webinars.
