Encompass Health Corporation seeks a Therapy Team Leader who is a licensed clinician to lead while continuing hands-on patient care. You will supervise therapists and support staff, coordinate schedules, and drive quality improvements to help patients achieve meaningful outcomes.

The role emphasizes clinical excellence, mentorship, and developing a high-performing team within our inpatient rehabilitation network.

Qualifications

• Current state license as PT, OT, or SLP required.
• BLS (CPR) required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient evaluations and develop therapy treatments.
• Supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians.
• Administer skilled therapy treatment and monitor patient response.
• Support staff development and performance management.
• Coordinate team tasks, paperwork, training, and schedules to achieve business goals and objectives.
• Drive continuous quality improvement.
