Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a Therapy Team Leader to guide a skilled team while continuing hands-on patient care in a leading inpatient rehabilitation network. You will evaluate patients, develop therapy plans, and supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians to ensure high-quality outcomes.

We value leadership, clinical excellence, and staff development; BLS/CPR is required within 30 days of hire, with a minimum of three years in the field and active ladder certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Current state license as PT, OT, or SLP.
• BLS (CPR) required or to be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum three years discipline-specific experience.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or specialty certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient evaluations and develop therapy treatments.
• Supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians.
• Administer skilled therapy treatment and monitor patient response.
• Support staff development and performance management.
• Coordinate team tasks, paperwork, training, and schedules to achieve business goals and objectives.
• Drive continuous quality improvement.
