Encompass Health Therapy Team Leader opportunity invites licensed clinicians to lead while continuing hands-on patient care in a national inpatient rehabilitation setting.

You will supervise therapists and technicians, develop treatment plans, coordinate team tasks and schedules, and drive continuous quality improvement to help patients reach meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current state license as PT, OT, or SLP.
• BLS (CPR) certification required or within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum three years discipline-specific experience.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or specialty professional certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient evaluations and develop therapy treatments.
• Supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians.
• Administer skilled therapy treatment and monitor patient response.
• Support staff development and performance management.
• Coordinate team tasks, paperwork, training, and schedules to achieve business goals and objectives.
• Drive continuous quality improvement.
