Job summary

Encompass Health in Sherwood, AR seeks a Therapy Team Leader who blends hands-on patient care with team leadership, supervising therapists and developing care plans to achieve meaningful outcomes. You will evaluate patients, coordinate schedules, and drive quality improvements while mentoring clinicians and support staff.

A current PT/OT/SLP license and CPR/BLS are required along with 3+ years in the field and leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Current state license as a PT, OT, or SLP required.
• BLS (CPR) required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum three years discipline-specific experience.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder (when eligible) or specialty professional certification preferred.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient evaluations and develop therapy treatments.
• Supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians.
• Administer skilled therapy treatment and monitor patient response.
• Support staff development and performance management.
• Coordinate team tasks, paperwork, training, and schedules to achieve business goals and objectives.
• Drive continuous quality improvement.
