Job summary

Encompass Health seeks a Therapy Team Leader to blend clinical excellence with leadership, providing hands-on patient care while guiding therapists and clinical staff.

In Centerville Township, SD, you will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, supervise therapists and technicians, and drive quality improvement across the department. A state license in PT/OT/SLP and BLS are required, with at least three years of discipline-specific experience.

Qualifications

• Current state license as PT, OT, or SLP required.
• BLS (CPR) required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum three years discipline-specific experience.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or specialty certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient evaluations and develop therapy treatments.
• Supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians.
• Administer skilled therapy treatment and monitor patient response.
• Support staff development and performance management.
• Coordinate team tasks, paperwork, training, and schedules to achieve business goals and objectives.
• Drive continuous quality improvement.
