Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Sioux Falls seeks a Therapy Team Leader to balance hands-on patient care with team leadership. You will supervise therapists, assistants and technicians while continuing to evaluate and treat patients.

Licensed PT/OT/SLP with a minimum of three years in the discipline is required; leadership or supervisory experience is preferred. Eligible for clinical ladder or specialty certification is a plus, supporting staff development and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current state license as a PT, OT, or SLP.
• BLS (CPR) required or to be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum three years discipline-specific experience.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or specialty certification preferred.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient evaluations and develop therapy treatments.
• Supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians.
• Administer skilled therapy treatment and monitor patient response.
• Support staff development and performance management.
• Coordinate team tasks, paperwork, training, and schedules to achieve business goals and objectives.
• Drive continuous quality improvement.
