Encompass Health Corporation in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Therapy Team Leader who will balance clinical excellence with team leadership, continuing to provide hands-on patient care and mentoring fellow therapists.

You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, supervise therapists and technicians, and coordinate team tasks to drive quality improvements while supporting staff development.

Formación

• Current state license as a PT, OT, or SLP license required.
• BLS (CPR) required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire within this role.
• Minimum three years discipline-specific experience.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder (when eligible) or specialty professional certification preferred.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide patient evaluations and develop therapy treatments.
• Supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians.
• Administer skilled therapy treatment and monitor patient response.
• Support staff development and performance management.
• Coordinate team tasks, paperwork, training, and schedules to achieve business goals and objectives.
• Drive continuous quality improvement.
