Encompass Health is seeking a Therapy Team Leader who will balance clinical excellence with team leadership, mentoring therapists while continuing to provide hands-on patient care. The role focuses on supervising staff, evaluating patients, and coordinating team activities to reach business goals.

You will lead with empathy, drive quality improvements, and contribute to a nationally recognized inpatient rehabilitation leader with opportunities for growth across 150+ locations.

Formación

• Current state license as a PT, OT, or SLP license required.
• BLS (CPR) required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum three years discipline-specific experience.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or specialty professional certification preferred.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide patient evaluations and develop therapy treatments.
• Supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians.
• Administer skilled therapy treatment and monitor patient response.
• Support staff development and performance management.
• Coordinate team tasks, paperwork, training, and schedules to achieve business goals and objectives.
• Drive continuous quality improvement.
