The position emphasizes mentorship, quality improvement, and staff development in a rehabilitation setting. The ideal candidate is a licensed clinician (PT, OT, or SLP) with leadership experience and a willingness to obtain

Qualifications

• License to practice as PT, OT, or SLP required.
• BLS (CPR) required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Provide patient evaluations and develop therapy treatments.
• Supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians.
• Administer skilled therapy treatment and monitor patient response.
• Support staff development and performance management.
• Coordinate team tasks, paperwork, training, and schedules to achieve business goals and objectives.
