Job summary

Encompass Health Corporation is seeking a Therapy Team Leader to balance clinical excellence with leadership, continuing to provide hands-on patient care while mentoring therapists.

You will supervise a team of therapists and support staff, coordinate care plans, and drive quality improvements across inpatient rehabilitation services. A current PT/OT/SLP license and leadership experience are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• Current licensed PT/OT/SLP in good standing.
• BLS (CPR) certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum of three years experience in the field.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or specialty cert preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient evaluations and develop therapy treatments.
• Supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians.
• Administer skilled therapy treatment and monitor patient response.
• Support staff development and performance management.
• Coordinate team tasks, training, and schedules to meet business goals.
