Encompass Health Lakeshore Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a Therapy Team Leader to blend clinical excellence with team leadership. You will evaluate patients, develop therapy plans, and mentor therapists, assistants, and technicians.

The role emphasizes coordinating team tasks, maintaining quality, and supporting staff development while delivering skilled therapy and ensuring positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current state PT/OT/SLP license required.
• BLS (CPR) must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum three years discipline-specific experience.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or specialty certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient evaluations and develop therapy treatments.
• Supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians.
• Administer skilled therapy and monitor patient response.
• Support staff development and performance management.
• Coordinate team tasks, paperwork, training, and schedules to achieve business goals and objectives.
• Drive continuous quality improvement.
