Encompass Health Corporation is seeking a Therapy Team Leader to guide a hands-on clinical team while delivering patient care in a inpatient rehabilitation setting. The role blends clinical excellence with leadership to drive meaningful outcomes and professional development for therapists.

Lead therapists, supervise assistants and technicians, oversee evaluations and treatment plans, and coordinate staff tasks to meet business goals.

Formación

• Current state license as a PT, OT, or SLP
• BLS (CPR) required or obtained within 30 days of hire
• Minimum three years discipline-specific experience
• Leadership experience preferred
• Therapy Clinical Ladder or specialty certification preferred

Responsabilidades

• Provide patient evaluations and develop therapy treatments.
• Supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians.
• Administer skilled therapy treatment and monitor patient response.
• Support staff development and performance management.
• Coordinate team tasks, paperwork, training, and schedules to achieve business goals and objectives.
• Drive continuous quality improvement.
