Qualifications

• 2+ years of acute care experience in an institutional setting.
• 1 year of Home Health experience required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist with management of rehab services.
• Train PTA or COTA in basic in-services.
• Review and plan weekly agendas with Branch Director.
