Mission Healthcare, the largest home health and hospice company in the western United States, is seeking a Therapy Supervisor. This role involves oversight and management of Rehab services, and direct reporting to the Branch Director, facilitating collaboration and implementation of rehab programs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recent acute care experience in an institutional setting.
• 1 year of Home Health experience required.
• Valid driver’s license with auto insurance meeting state minimums.
• Current licensure in State and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage on-site Rehab services.
• Assist Branch Director with staffing schedules.
• Train new PT’s and OT’s in Vestibular competency.
• Conduct monthly rehab meetings and oversee quality initiatives.
