Job summary

Mission Healthcare is seeking a Therapy Supervisor to oversee on-site rehab services across branches. You will report to the Branch Director and support company-wide rehab initiatives, programs, and training to ensure high-quality patient care.

You will lead a hybrid schedule of clinical and administrative duties, train PTA/COTA where applicable, and participate in care team conferences. Strong leadership and communication are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• DPT or related therapy degree and state licensure.
• Minimum 1 year Home Health experience; 2+ years acute care.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Excellent communication and teaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Rehab services on site and assist Branch Director.
• Plan weekly agenda with Branch Director and conduct interviews/onboarding.
• Train PTA or COTA to perform in-services for Business Development team.
• Oversee monthly rehab meetings and review rehab metrics.
• Participate in regulatory quality initiatives and site credentialing.
