Job summary

Mission Healthcare is seeking a Therapy Supervisor to oversee on-site rehab services across branches, reporting to the Branch Director and supporting company-wide rehab initiatives and training.

The role requires DPT (preferred) or MPT, 2+ years acute care in an institutional setting, and 1 year Home Health experience. Strong leadership, supervision, and teaching skills are essential for coordinating staffing and clinical education.

Qualifications

• DPT preferred but MPT acceptable and licensure in state required.
• 2+ years of recent acute care experience in an institutional setting.
• 1 year of Home Health experience required.
• 3+ years of Home Health experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Rehab services on-site for each branch and support rehab initiatives.
• Train PTA or COTA to perform in-services for Business Development team.
• Conduct on-site training and Vestibular competency assessments for staff.
• Assist in staffing and weekend/holiday rehab coverage planning.
• Lead Care Team Conference discussions on rehab metrics and trends.
