Job summary

Mission Healthcare is seeking a Therapy Supervisor for effective management of Rehab services. This role involves on-site supervision, training new staff, and collaborating with the Branch Director to enhance patient care initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recent acute care experience in an institutional setting.
• 1 year of Home Health experience required; 3+ years preferred.
• Current licensure in State, CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist with management of Rehab services on-site.
• Support company-wide rehab initiatives, programs, and training.
• Oversee rehabilitation coverage schedules including weekends.
