Mission Healthcare is seeking a Therapy Supervisor for branch management within our rehab services. This role involves overseeing staff and implementing clinical practices with an emphasis on patient-centered care.

The ideal candidate will have experience in home health, a DPT or MPT, and a strong commitment to professional growth and collaboration in a dynamic healthcare environment. We prioritize compassionate care and support diverse communities.

Qualifications

• DPT preferred but MPT acceptable. 2+ years of acute care experience in an institutional setting required.
• 1 year of Home Health experience required. 3+ years preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.
• Current licensure in State and CPR certification essential.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist with management of Rehab services.
• Support company-wide rehab initiatives and training.
• Meet weekly with Branch Director to review agenda.
• Train PTA or COTA to perform basic in-services.
