The role oversees front office operations across outpatient therapy locations and leads the insurance verification team to ensure efficient patient access and service quality.

You will supervise staff, generate performance metrics, and provide data-informed reports to optimize administrative workflows and compliance in a busy clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in medical or physical therapy office setting.
• Minimum of 2 years in supervisory or management role across multiple sites.
• Minimum of three years of insurance verification and authorization process experience.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in business analytics and reporting.
• Proficiency in EMR, clinic management software, and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills; capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• HIPAA confidentiality compliance.
• Frequent local travel required.
