OrthoArkansas is seeking a Therapy Coordinator in Little Rock to coordinate therapy services across clinics. You will schedule appointments, manage communications, and support patient experiences with courteous, organized care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0 to 6 months of related experience and/or training.
• Emphasis on clerical or office-related skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate, and reschedule therapy appointments using the EMR system.
• Maintain and update therapist schedules across locations.
• Assist with patient referrals and direct patients to therapy locations.
• Screen and direct calls using EMR messaging.
• Answer patient questions about the therapy process.
• Assist with marketing and communication with external therapy clinics.
• Manage document processing including scanning, faxing, and handling incoming faxes.
• Assist with registration and check-out processes.
• Assist with data tracking using Excel.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and OrthoArkansas policies.
