Formación

• Education: HS/GED required.
• Experience: Customer Service Representative preferred.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
• Excellent organizational, writing, and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
• Knowledge of data entry and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist with check-in and check-out duties for patients.
• Schedule patients in person and via telephone.
