Job summary

HiredFirst seeks an experienced therapy recruiter to source and submit top PT, PTA, OT, COTA and SLP candidates for travel, local contract and permanent roles. You will screen licensure, gather credentials and move strong candidates quickly to interview and offer stages.

As an independent contractor, you’ll use your own sourcing tools and networks, with revenue sharing that rewards performance and client results. Nationwide contracts with high pay potential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years recruiting in therapy, allied health or healthcare staffing.
• A record of placements you can speak to (volume, specialties, contract vs. perm).
• Your own recruiting resources, such as job board access, sourcing tools or a candidate network.
• Working knowledge of therapy licensure, compact states and credentialing.
• Self-driven and commission-only income.

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced therapy recruiter to source, screen and submit candidates to our open jobs. HiredFirst has active client contracts nationwide, with some of the highest rates in California. Our Account Managers bring the jobs, and you bring the talent.

An Entrepreneurial Opportunity

This role is built for recruiters who want to run their own desk. Because our payouts are among the highest in the industry, we don’t provide recruiting resources. Independent recruiters are responsible for their own sourcing tools, job board access and databases. In return, you keep a much larger share of every placement you make.

What You’ll Do

How You Get Paid

• Permanent placements: 40% of the total client fee. Example: a $20,000 fee pays you $8,000.
• Contract placements: 40% of the gross margin after burden costs. Example: $5,000 in gross margin pays you $2,000.
• 360 deals: Bring your own client and fill the role yourself, and you earn the full payout: 80% on perm and 60% on contract.
• No earnings cap.

We can’t accept everyone. We only partner with recruiters who have a proven track record, which keeps our client delivery at the highest standard and our payouts the highest they can be.

• Remote, independent contractor (1099), commission-only
• Payout rates shown apply to U.S.-based recruiters. Overseas-based recruiters receive 50% of the standard payout rate.
