Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Travel Therapy Recruiter to connect physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and other therapy professionals with travel opportunities nationwide.

You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, build pipelines, and develop long-term relationships with clinicians to drive repeat assignments and referrals.

Qualifications

• Experience in travel healthcare staffing or therapy recruiting is a plus.
• Proven ability to build candidate pipelines and long-term relationships.
• Sales-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple candidates and priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience with CRM and ATS systems.

Jackson Therapy Partners is looking for a Travel Therapy Recruiter to connect physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and other therapy professionals with travel opportunities nationwide.

If you have experience in travel healthcare staffing, therapy recruiting, healthcare recruiting, or another fast-paced staffing environment, this is an opportunity to bring your recruiting skills to an established national brand while continuing to grow your earning potential and career.

What You'll Do

• Own the full recruitment and placement lifecycle, from sourcing and outreach through offers, placements, and redeployment.
• Build and manage a pipeline of travel therapy professionals through calls, texts, referrals, networking, and proactive outreach.
• Develop long-term relationships with clinicians that lead to repeat assignments, referrals, and retention.
• Serve as a trusted career advisor to therapy professionals navigating travel opportunities nationwide.
• Negotiate compensation and placement packages that create value for clinicians and clients.
• Meet and exceed individual production and performance goals.
• Maintain consistent communication with clinicians throughout their assignments to drive satisfaction and future placements.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver a seamless experience from initial contact through assignment completion.

What We're Looking For

• Previous recruiting or staffing experience strongly preferred; travel healthcare or therapy staffing experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to build candidate pipelines and develop long-term relationships.
• Sales-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding goals.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple candidates, opportunities, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CRM and/or ATS platforms.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to work onsite three days per week in our Maitland, Florida office.
