Job summary

CommonSpirit Health seeks an experienced Therapy Manager to lead therapy operations at our Pasadena, TX location. The role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care while managing financial performance and growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate will bring strong interpersonal skills, organizational ability, and a deep knowledge of therapy services. You will oversee recruitment, training, scheduling and performance reviews of supervisors and staff, driving clinical development and policy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Kinesiology/Exercise Science or related field required.
• 1-2 years of leadership experience preferred.
• American Heart BLS required within 14 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Manages all therapy operations for assigned locations/services; enhances operational effectiveness emphasizing delivery of high quality care and financial stewardship.
• Responsible for recruitment, hiring, training, scheduling, development, counseling, and performance evaluation of supervisors and staff; oversees leadership development of supervisors; oversees clinical development of therapy staff including orientation, competency assessment, ongoing education and training.
• Ensures accurate and compliant documentation, coding, billing and reimbursement; coordinates auditing of medical records and charges to ensure documentation supports reimbursement. Develops and implements policy and procedure.
