Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in kinesiology, exercise science or related field required.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Licensed Physical Therapist (TX) OR Occupational Therapist (TX) OR Speech-Language Pathologist (TX) required.
• American Heart Association BLS required within 14 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Manages all therapy operations for assigned locations/services, focusing on high-quality care and financial stewardship.
• Recruitment, hiring, training, scheduling, development, counseling and performance evaluation of supervisors and staff.
• Ensure accurate documentation, coding, billing, reimbursement and compliance; develop policies and procedures.
