Job summary

The Orthopedic Centers of Colorado is seeking a Therapy Front Desk to ensure HIPAA, OSHA and compliance standards are met while delivering courteous patient service and accurate registrations.

Responsibilities include patient check-in, eligibility verification, pre-registration, appointment validation with Phreesia, managing calls, and maintaining up-to-date patient information with care. This role supports a professional, patient-focused clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience in a healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of medical office procedures.
• Knowledge of computer systems and applications.
• Knowledge of grammar, spelling and punctuation.
• Skills in operating business office machines.
• Skills in answering the telephone in a professional manner.
• Ability to read, understand and follow oral and written instruction.
• Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with patients, employees and the public.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Therapy Front Desk is responsible for ensuring the clinic meets the required standards to be successful. This includes HIPAA rules, OSHA rules, Compliance rules and regulations against fraud and abuse. Assignments are made in terms of broad goals and objectives, and the incumbent must apply considerable decision-making and independent judgment in daily activities.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
