ARC Health in Minneapolis, MN seeks a Clinical Manager to oversee provider performance, quality, and productivity across the therapy line. You will coach clinicians, monitor compliance, and collaborate with Clinical Director, HR, and Ops to ensure high-quality, compliant care.

The role supports practice engagement, quality improvement, and scheduling workflows, with an emphasis on data-driven decisions and provider development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Independent clinical licensure (LICSW/LPCC/LMFT or equivalent) in Minnesota required.
• Experience in behavioral health, practice management, or leadership.

Responsibilities

• Conduct annual clinical audits to assess documentation quality and compliance.
• Monitor missed visits and documentation trends; coach providers accordingly.
• Provide provider coaching, performance reviews, and action plans.
• Analyze performance data and generate reports for leadership decisions.
• Support caseload development and referral strategy with intake and operations.
