Encompass Health Corporation seeks a Therapy Manager to lead therapy operations within our inpatient rehab network. You will partner with the Director of Therapy Operations to coordinate scheduling, training, and multidisciplinary communication while delivering high‑quality patient care.

You will supervise therapy staff, provide direct care when needed, and champion patient‑centered outcomes as part of a collaborative, technology-enabled environment.

Qualificações

• CPR certification is required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Licensure or certification required by state regulations is required for practice.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited therapy program is required.

Responsabilidades

• Assisting the Director of Therapy Operations in daily therapy team operations including scheduling, orientation, training and cross‑department communication.
• Provide direct care to patients and build rewarding relationships to aid in recovery across physical, mental and emotional needs.
• Celebrate patient victories and support rehabilitation milestones throughout care.
