Job summary

LynLake Centers for WellBeing in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Clinical Manager (Therapy Line) to support the Clinical Director in overseeing clinician performance, quality, and compliance. The role includes coaching, trend analysis, and ensuring documentation standards across the practice, with an optional direct therapy add-on.

Compensation ranges $35-40 per hour for full-time employment (W-2, 30 hours/week) with a 62% compensation split for clinical services.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Master’s degree in Counseling, MFT, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Licensed/independent practice in Minnesota (LICSW/LPCC/LMFT).

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor provider performance and documentation to ensure quality and compliance.
• Lead data-driven quality improvement and trend analysis for clinical operations.
• Support provider engagement, coaching, and scheduling workflows across the practice.
• Oversee productivity, caseload development, and referral trends with leadership.
• Provide optional direct therapy services as needed (clinical add-on).
• Communicate operational updates and best practices to providers.
