Job summary

ARC Health Partners in Minneapolis, MN seeks a Clinical Manager (Therapy Line) to support the Clinical Director in overseeing provider performance, quality, caseload development, compliance monitoring, and provider engagement across the practice. This is a 30-hour-per-week, full-time W-2 hourly role with a compensation range of $35–$40 per hour plus a 62% split for clinical services.

The role requires MN licensure (LICSW/LPCC/LMFT or equivalent) and a Master’s degree in a behavioral health

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Independent clinical licensure in Minnesota (LICSW/LPCC/LMFT or equivalent).
• Experience in behavioral health, practice management, or provider leadership.
• Strong interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with productivity monitoring and quality improvement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Clinical Director in overseeing provider performance, quality, and engagement.
• Lead clinical quality assurance activities and audits.
• Monitor documentation practices and missed visits; provide coaching and interventions.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify themes and provider needs across the practice.
• Assist in scheduling, workflows, and operational procedures to support provider utilization.
• Direct service add-on: provide therapy as needed and ensure compliant documentation.
