Job summary

ARC Health is seeking a Clinical Supervisor (LP, LPCC, LICSW or LMFT) to lead and mentor pre-licensed therapists across multiple Minneapolis/St. Paul sites.

The role blends supervision with direct clinical practice in a collaborative, trauma-informed setting. Responsibilities include supervising providers, guiding treatment planning, and ensuring high-quality care for clients in individual, couples, and family therapy while managing scheduling, documentation, and billing.

Qualifications

• Licensed MN LP/LICSW/LPCC/LMFT required.
• Minimum 4 years of clinical therapy experience, including 1 year in supervision and 1 year in group practice.
• Board approval to provide Clinical Supervision under MN boards is required.
• Experience with evidence-based modalities and commitment to professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and oversight to pre-licensed providers to ensure effective therapy services.
• Mentor and support pre-licensed providers and oversee ethical standards.
• Guide treatment plans and intervention strategies for client care.
• Monitor therapy quality and provide ongoing feedback for competency development.
• Maintain a caseload of clients while supervising others as required.
• Ensure timely documentation and administrative tasks for billing.
