Job summary

Prn Physical Therapy Pc is seeking an Office Coordinator to provide administrative support in designated rehab departments. This role under supervision assists therapists, coordinators and the Regional Director of Operations with routine tasks and scheduling.

The ideal candidate can handle phones, emails, patient check-in, and basic Excel/Word usage, while maintaining organized records and timely communication with the team.

Qualifications

• Tasks do not require professional training or education.
• Ability to follow supervisor directions and procedures.
• Strong front-desk and clerical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Receive and relay admin tasks from supervisors.
• Obtain supplies for therapy operations and assist with linen changes.
• Monitor patient distress or equipment malfunctions and notify therapists.
• Maintain neatness of the Therapy Department per request.
• Complete other tasks to support safe, efficient therapy operations.
• Assist in creating supply lists for multiple facilities.
• Maintain administrative records and filing systems.
• Communicate needs of Area Clinical Coordinator and Regional Director promptly.
• Greet patients and assist with check-in; open doors when needed.
• Schedule patient visits; answer phones and respond to emails.
• Learn and use Excel, Word, EMR and other tech as needed.
• Schedule new evaluations within 48 hours of inquiry with insurance info.
