Job summary

Orthopedic Centers of Colorado is seeking a Therapy Front Desk professional to greet and register patients, verify insurance, and manage pre-registration tasks in a fast-paced clinic. Responsibilities include handling Phreesia appointment validations, answering calls, maintaining accurate charts, and ensuring HIPAA, OSHA and compliance rules are followed.

The role supports smooth patient flow and accurate data collection in a clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience in a healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of medical office procedures.
• Knowledge of computer systems and applications.
• Knowledge of grammar, spelling and punctuation.
• Skills in operating business office machines.
• Skills in answering the telephone in a professional manner.
• Ability to read, understand and follow oral and written instruction.
• Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with patients, employees and the public.

Responsibilities

• Fixing charts/mistakes
• Phreesia appointment validations; cancellation/reschedules

• Recognize, greet, and register patients in a polite, prompt and helpful manner

• Answer all phone calls and voice messages pleasantly and handle patient needs expeditiously
• Verify current informational statuses and collect insurance information, demographic information and signatures as needed
