6 Degrees Search is seeking a Treating Center Manager (Clinician – PT/OT) in Rocklin, CA to oversee therapy center operations, manage a full patient caseload, and drive growth through local referrals while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will lead Staff Therapists and Aides, supervise performance, and maintain thorough documentation to deliver high-quality care in a compliant, well‑equipped clinic.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical or Occupational Therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Strong leadership and clinical problem-solving skills.
• Basic proficiency in Windows-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Staff Therapists and Aides.
• Manage center profitability, budgets, and caseload efficiency.
• Evaluate and treat patients with high-quality care and thorough documentation.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations, Medicare standards, and OSHA regulations.
