Accounting Search is seeking a Treating Center Manager (Clinician – PT/OT) to lead therapy center operations in California. You will manage staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive growth through local marketing and referral partnerships.

You will supervise Staff Therapists and Aides, oversee budgets and patient care documentation, and ensure high-quality clinical outcomes while maintaining compliance with Medicare/OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical or Occupational Therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Proven leadership, clinical problem-solving, and basic Windows proficiency.
• Ability to stand/walk for shifts and lift up to 50 pounds.

Job Summary

Manage therapy center operations and financial performance while treating a full patient caseload. This role includes overseeing center staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving growth through local marketing to referral sources.
