The Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a Treating Center Manager (Clinician – PT/OT) to lead a therapy center in Rocklin, CA. You will manage staff, oversee clinical operations, and drive growth through local referral sources while maintaining high-quality patient care.

This full-time role requires oversight of financial performance, regulatory compliance, and team leadership, with a focus on delivering excellent documentation and patient outcomes in a busy clinic setting.

Qualifications

• Leadership of therapy center staff and operations.
• Ability to supervise staff therapists and aides and conduct reviews.
• Proficiency with Windows-based systems and clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead center staff and oversee performance reviews and employee relations.
• Manage center profitability, budgets, and caseload efficiency.
• Evaluate and treat patients with high-quality care and thorough documentation.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations, Medicare standards, and OSHA.
• Oversee clinic facilities, equipment calibration, and supply ordering.
