Job summary

6 Degrees Search is seeking a Treating Center Manager (Clinician – PT/OT) to oversee the therapy center's operations and financial performance while treating a full patient caseload. This role includes supervising center staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving growth through local marketing to referral sources.

The position requires leading center profitability, managing budgets, and ensuring high-quality clinical care and documentation, with responsibility for regulatory adherence

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical or Occupational Therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Strong leadership and clinical problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Windows-based systems and basic technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Staff Therapists and Aides; conduct performance reviews.
• Manage center profitability, budgets, and caseload efficiency.
• Evaluate and treat patients with high-quality care and accurate documentation.
• Ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations, Medicare standards, and OSHA safety protocols.
• Oversee facility maintenance, equipment calibration, and supply ordering.
