Job summary

NorthLakes Community Clinic in Wisconsin is seeking a Therapy Aide to support occupational, physical, and speech therapy teams by preparing rooms, stocking supplies, and assisting with treatment setup. This role is on-site at our Ashland location.

Responsibilities include kitchen duties for food therapy, equipment and inventory management, laundry, and clerical tasks. A high school diploma and CPR/food safety certifications are required or obtained within specified timelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3 months related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Set-up, clean, restock, and organize all therapy rooms and associated spaces.
• Shop for, cook, and prepare items for food therapy sessions.
• Ensure a safe and healthy kitchen environment by following food safety rules and completing inventories.
• Complete therapy equipment inventory regularly.
• Perform daily laundry tasks and kitchen cleaning tasks.
• Complete monthly safety checks for therapy equipment.
• Manage the Lending Closet inventory and loans.
• Perform clerical duties such as copies, reports, and patient letters.
