Job summary

NorthLakes Community Clinic in Wisconsin is seeking a Therapy Aide to support occupational, physical, and speech therapy teams by preparing rooms, stocking supplies, and assisting with treatment setup. This role is on-site at our Ashland location.

Responsibilities include kitchen duties for food therapy, equipment and inventory management, laundry, and clerical tasks. A high school diploma and CPR/food safety certifications are required or obtained within specified timelines.

• Manage the Lending Closet inventory and loans.
• Perform clerical duties such as copies, reports, and patient letters.

Therapy aides will help support providers and patients by verifying all needed materials, tools, and resources are available for treatment.Salary begins at $17.71 + per hour depending on experience.Essential Job FunctionsEssential Functions of the Job:Set-up, clean, restock, and organize all therapy rooms and associated spaces.Shop for, cook, and prepare items for food therapy sessions. Moderate cooking skills with the ability to follow very specific instructions required.Ensure a safe and healthy kitchen environment by following food safety rules, performing temperature checks, and completing food inventories.Complete therapy equipment inventory on a regular basis.Perform daily laundry tasks and kitchen cleaning tasks.Complete monthly safety checks for therapy equipment as directed.Manage the Lending Closet.
